Hello ! And welcome ! I'm Monsieur Gateaux ! My real name is Julien, I'm French, and I specialize in French pâtisseries. Surprising, isn't it?

Although I have another job, I personally handle everything myself. I am deeply committed to the quality, appearance, and taste of my products.
I strive to create the best desserts using high-quality ingredients and beautiful designs.
At the moment, my business operates on a **Click & Collect** basis. Even if I'm not home, you can still pick up your order from my secure refrigerated collection point.
I only use high-quality ingredients with no chemical additives—just the basics you know: flour, eggs, sugar, etc. Plus, I always use seasonal ingredients (which means no strawberries in winter!).
For each pâtisserie, you'll find a full list of ingredients. I hope this helps if you have any allergies. So, relax, enjoy, and treat yourself to a little taste of France!
**A note on gluten:** While some of my products are naturally gluten-free (meaning they contain no gluten in the recipe), I do *not* produce items under strict "gluten-free" regulations. As a result, I cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free dessert.
Due to the limited capacity of my business, I am unable to accept large orders (several dozen items or more). Monsieur Gateaux reserves the right to decline orders that exceed my production limits to ensure customer satisfaction.
For this same reason, my website is set up in such a way as to give me a minimum of one week of processing time between the moment you place your order and the pickup day.
